Refund Policy
1.Refunds for Quality Issues:
If the product you receive has quality defects (such as damage, functional failure, or significant discrepancy from the description), please submit a refund request through the order page or contact customer service within 7 calendar days of receipt, along with clear photos/videos of the issue. After verification, we will process a full refund (refunds will be returned via the original payment method, and should arrive within 3-7 business days). You will not be responsible for return shipping fees (valid logistics documents are required).
2.Refunds for Non-Quality Issues:
For refund requests due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with the product or change of purchase intention), the following conditions must be met:
(1) The product is unused and in original packaging (not affecting secondary sales).
(2) The request is made within 5 calendar days of receiving the product.
You will be responsible for return shipping fees, and the refund amount will deduct the actual shipping cost incurred. The remaining amount will be refunded after the product is returned and inspected.
